Shipping Policy and Disclaimer

At SCRIBBLES Art Therapy, all shipped orders must be paid in full prior to processing and shipment. Once payment has been received, we carefully prepare and package each order to help ensure safe delivery. Shipping methods are selected based on factors including, but not limited to, weather conditions, destination distance, package size, package weight, and carrier availability.

For most shipped orders, a shipping confirmation receipt and tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to review and verify the shipping information provided.

SCRIBBLES Art Therapy is responsible for preparing, packaging, and delivering orders to the selected shipping carrier. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier and tracking information has been issued, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SCRIBBLES Art Therapy shall not be held liable for delays, lost packages, damaged packages, weather-related interruptions, carrier errors, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, theft after delivery, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
